Working for one of the largest Marketing Agency in the South East. A combination of the companies InTelMark (Telemarketing Agency and CPM (Field Marketing), we offered a fully integrated solution for Field Marketing and Direct Marketing such as Call Centres. I worked as an Account Manager for such clients like Barclays, Petplan and Renault. As well as nurturing new business and creating bespoke marketing options, I would write the script on behalf of the client and deiver the trainiing to the call centre staff. At ant one time I would be managing between 5 and 10 clients.

Over 2 years spent with BAT until they relocated to Richmond in 2014. During my time with them, I was responsible for the Trade Marketing. My team and I were responsible for the large Sales force. I delivered the training courses and knowledge follow up. Working closely with the IT department, ensuring that the CRM system was working on all sales devices any updates were delivered with the minimum downtime possible.

Niche assisted the Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity with the GDPR guidelines when they became law in May 2018. They needed to cleanse their existing data in readiness for their quarterly Newsletter mailing and GDPR Data Compliance letters. The project had many stages and completed with staff training on the CRM system.

One of my favourite jobs. A typical day involved extensive market research tasks and tasting many lovely recipes based on their yummy sweet ingredients. My tasks were;

- Collating Business Intelligence

- Presentations prep for focus groups

- Tracking trends for New Product Development and more.
