I have found Michelle a good, reliable communicator, both in terms of online messaging and when she presented/fronted the book launch she and I were jointly involved in a couple of years ago. She was excellent in putting guests at ease - not an easy task in a crowded room but she was most accomplished and comfortable.
She was also hands-on with the actual publication and editing process and a very useful go-between for the author. I would be more than happy to work with her again and to recommend her services in this line of work to others.
